After you reveived the Bios Master password from us:

If the keyboard type on your notebook is German ( QWERTZ ) or French ( AZERTY ), connect a USB keyboard with QWERTY type, and Enter the password slowly.

Pay attention to big and small letters.

Rewrite the password identically, as we sent you on e–mail.

If System Password is set, Enter your password, press Enter, if password is not accepted on first try, type the password again and press and hold the left CTRL, and press Enter twice, do it fast.

If Administrator password is also set repeat the same steps, make sure to click on save or hit the F10 key to reboot.

Password should be removed and laptop will stop asking for passwords.
